ClaimPilot is a mobile + web app that helps unemployment insurance claimants stay compliant and get paid by preventing the most common failure: missed tasks, wrong answers, and missing documents. It turns each state’s weekly/biweekly certification into a simple checklist with reminders, calendar holds, and a “what you need today” dashboard. Users can scan and store documents (ID, separation notice, job search logs), track job-search activities, and export a clean audit-ready log if the agency requests proof. An AI assistant explains confusing questions in plain language and flags risky responses (e.g., reporting earnings, refusing work) with “ask before you submit” prompts—without pretending to give legal advice. This isn’t a replacement for the state portal; it’s a compliance layer that reduces delays, overpayments, and disqualifications.
