Users pick a claim type (auto, renters, homeowners, travel), then the app generates a timeline of what to do next: photos to take, documents to request, questions to ask, and how to log every call and email. It stores a structured claim journal, auto-tags uploads, and produces a clean “claim packet” PDF you can send to adjusters. An AI assistant helps draft concise messages, summarizes adjuster calls from recordings (with consent), and flags missing information that typically delays payouts. It does not replace legal advice; it’s a practical organizer that reduces mistakes, missed deadlines, and back-and-forth. Monetization: subscription for ongoing coverage plus per-claim one-time purchase.
