ClaimPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted claims prep app for life and health insurance. Users upload policy docs, medical bills, EOBs, death certificates, and provider letters; the app extracts key fields, flags missing items, and generates a carrier-ready claim packet with a checklist tailored to the insurer and claim type. It tracks timelines, reminders, and communications so families don’t lose weeks to back-and-forth. The brutal truth: carriers already have portals and many people never file correctly; this wins only if it measurably reduces claim delays and denial rates. It avoids pretending to “replace” insurers—its job is to make the claimant’s submission complete, consistent, and auditable. Revenue comes from per-claim pricing (one-time) plus optional concierge add-ons for complex cases.
