ClaimPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps 3PLs, e-commerce brands, and warehouses manage shipping damage/loss claims end-to-end. It centralizes evidence collection (photos, packing slips, carton labels), auto-builds a claim packet, tracks deadlines by carrier/service, and keeps a clean audit trail for chargebacks and disputes. The mobile companion is used on the dock to capture standardized photos and condition notes at receiving/packing, reducing “insufficient documentation” denials. It integrates with common shipping systems (ShipStation, EasyPost, Shopify, WMS exports) to pull tracking numbers and shipment metadata automatically. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify damage types, detect missing evidence, and draft claim narratives, but the core value is workflow discipline and documentation completeness. Realistically, it wins by reducing claim leakage and time wasted chasing carriers.
