ClaimPulse is a web + mobile app for social security agencies and call-center teams to reduce inbound “where’s my claim?” traffic and prevent avoidable delays. It provides a configurable, plain-language status timeline for each case (received, pending documents, under review, decision, payment scheduled), plus automated outbound updates via SMS/email/IVR. Staff get a lightweight dashboard that flags stalled cases, missing documents, and SLA breaches, with templated outreach to request specific items. Claimants can securely upload documents from a phone, see exactly what’s needed, and get reminders before deadlines. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer: AI summarizes case notes into claimant-friendly updates and suggests next-best actions for agents. Reality check: it won’t “speed up” adjudication by itself; it wins by reducing chaos, rework, and unnecessary contact volume while improving transparency.
