ClaimRadar is a web app (AI + traditional) that scores patents for litigation risk and enforcement potential by analyzing claim language, prosecution history, PTAB outcomes, and district-court patterns. Instead of generic “similar patents” lists, it flags the exact claim terms most likely to be attacked (indefiniteness, 101/102/103 vulnerabilities) and predicts which venues and judges historically move faster or favor certain arguments. Users can upload a target product description, map likely infringement theories to claim elements, and generate a concise “go/no-go” memo with citations to file history and comparable cases. The app is built for speed: a single dashboard shows risk drivers, prior-art density, likely invalidity angles, and an evidence checklist. It’s not magic—predictions will be probabilistic and sometimes wrong—but it can cut early-stage analysis time dramatically and make outside counsel spend more focused.
