ClaimRelay is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps high-volume auction buyers and sellers assemble airtight dispute and return cases in minutes. It pulls order details, messages, tracking events, photos, and timestamps into a single “case timeline,” then generates platform-ready summaries and evidence packs you can submit to marketplaces or payment processors. It also tracks deadlines, auto-reminds you before windows close, and suggests what evidence is missing (e.g., delivery scan type, packaging photos, weight receipt). This is not magic: it won’t guarantee wins, and platforms can still rule against you. But it reduces the time sink, missed deadlines, and sloppy documentation that cause avoidable losses. Monetization is per-seat plus usage-based case exports for power users and small resellers.
