ClaimShield is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps identity theft victims actually get through the boring, error-prone recovery work: disputing fraudulent accounts, freezing/unfreezing credit, filing FTC/IC3 reports, and sending certified dispute letters. Instead of generic monitoring, it focuses on “case management” with a step-by-step recovery plan, deadlines, and a single place to store evidence (police report, affidavits, screenshots, emails). The AI drafts dispute letters tailored to each creditor/bureau, pre-fills forms, and generates a timeline of what to do next based on what happened (e.g., bureau rejects a dispute, creditor requests more proof). It also logs every call/email and produces an audit trail you can export if you need legal help. This won’t magically stop fraud, but it can cut recovery time and reduce costly mistakes.
