ClaimSift

ClaimSift is a web app (with optional mobile capture) for small-to-mid insurance carriers and TPAs that automates first-pass intake and triage of claim documents. It ingests emails, PDFs, photos, and portal uploads, extracts key fields (policy number, claimant, loss date, location, injury/vehicle details), flags missing items, and routes the claim to the right queue with a confidence score. The goal is not “AI replaces adjusters” (it won’t), but eliminating the slow, error-prone clerical work that causes leakage and customer frustration. It includes configurable checklists by line of business, audit trails for compliance, and human-in-the-loop review for low-confidence extractions. Integrations focus on the unglamorous reality: shared inboxes, SFTP drops, and a few core systems, not a fantasy rip-and-replace core migration.
