ClaimSift

ClaimSift is a web app (with optional mobile capture) for small-to-mid insurers and MGAs that automates first-pass claims intake. Customers or adjusters upload photos, PDFs, emails, and forms; the system extracts key fields, flags missing items, detects obvious inconsistencies, and routes the claim to the right queue with a confidence score. It’s not “fully automated claims”—it’s a triage layer that reduces back-and-forth, shortens time-to-first-touch, and standardizes intake across channels. The product focuses on narrow lines (e.g., renters, travel, gadget, pet) where documentation patterns are repeatable and cycle time matters. It includes an audit trail, configurable checklists per product, and human-in-the-loop review so compliance and accuracy don’t implode. The goal is to save adjuster time on low-value admin work, not replace adjusters.
