ClaimSnap is a mobile + web app that helps small and mid-size car rental operators document vehicle condition and resolve damage disputes quickly. At pickup and return, staff or customers capture a guided photo/video walkaround; the app timestamps, geotags, and creates a standardized condition report. An AI model flags likely new damage by comparing before/after media and highlights the exact area with confidence scores, then generates a shareable claim packet (images, annotations, rental agreement references, and a simple cost estimate template). It also supports remote check-in/out for after-hours returns, reducing staffing needs. This is not a magic “insurance replacement”—it’s a practical evidence and workflow tool that reduces arguments, accelerates collections, and improves customer trust by making the process transparent and consistent.
