ClaimSprint is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps e-commerce brands and 3PLs recover money from lost, damaged, or delayed shipments by automating the messy carrier-claim workflow. Users connect shipping accounts (UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS where possible), import tracking and order data from Shopify/Amazon/WMS/CSV, and the app flags claim-eligible shipments based on carrier rules and delivery scans. It then generates the right documentation packet (invoice, proof of value, photos, correspondence), pre-fills claim forms, tracks deadlines, and escalates follow-ups with a clear audit trail. This is an AI + traditional app: AI extracts data from emails/PDFs, classifies damage evidence, and drafts claim narratives; traditional logic enforces carrier-specific rules and timelines. The product is realistic because it targets a measurable, recurring leakage area that many teams still handle in spreadsheets and inboxes.
