ClaimTriage

ClaimTriage is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that helps clinics and small billing teams reduce claim denials and speed up reimbursement. It connects to your clearinghouse/PM system exports and automatically categorizes rejections/denials by root cause (eligibility, coding, prior auth, demographics, timely filing, payer policy). The app prioritizes work by dollars at risk and deadline, assigns tasks, and generates payer-ready checklists and appeal packets with required documentation. It also tracks payer-specific denial trends over time so managers can see which providers, locations, or workflows are creating avoidable denials. This is not a “magic AI billing” promise: it’s an operational triage layer that makes existing billing staff more effective, reduces rework, and creates accountability. MVP can start with CSV/835/277 ingestion and expand to deeper integrations later.
