ClaimWatch

ClaimWatch is a web app (with optional browser extension) that scans ad copy, landing pages, and creatives for risky or non-compliant claims before campaigns go live. It flags potential issues like unverifiable performance promises, missing disclosures, restricted category language, and “too-good-to-be-true” pricing statements, then suggests safer rewrites and required disclaimers. Teams can build a shared claim library (what you can/can’t say), attach evidence links for substantiation, and route approvals to legal/compliance with an audit trail. It’s not a magic compliance shield—platform policies and regulators still vary—but it materially reduces preventable takedowns, chargebacks, and legal escalations by catching obvious problems early. Integrations pull drafts from Google Docs/Figma exports and push approved versions back to ad managers. The goal is faster launches with fewer surprises, not perfect legal advice.
