ClarityLoop

ClarityLoop is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that standardizes how teams share updates and make decisions. Instead of long status meetings and scattered threads, it prompts teams to post short, structured weekly updates (wins, risks, decisions needed, dependencies). It then generates a single “alignment digest” per team and flags conflicts like duplicated work, blocked dependencies, and unanswered decision requests. Managers get a lightweight dashboard showing where communication is breaking down (e.g., recurring unclear ownership, chronic blockers, decision latency). It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for collecting updates, plus AI to summarize, detect contradictions, and route decision items to the right owner. The goal is not to replace chat/email—it’s to reduce the cost of misalignment by forcing clarity at the moment information is created.
