ClassPulse is a web + mobile classroom management dashboard that helps teachers run the room in real time: quick attendance, behavior notes, timers, transitions, and “who needs help” signals—all in one screen. Students interact through a lightweight QR join link (no accounts required for MVP), letting them request help, indicate understanding, or check in quietly. The teacher view prioritizes what matters now: missing students, repeated disruptions, students waiting too long for help, and class pacing. It also generates simple, defensible logs for parent/admin conversations without turning teachers into data-entry clerks. This is not a full LMS replacement; it’s an operational layer that sits beside Google Classroom/Canvas and focuses on the 50-minute period. The goal is fewer interruptions, faster routines, and clearer documentation with minimal setup.
