ClauseAtlas
ClauseAtlas is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps in-house counsel and international law firms manage the messy reality of cross-border contract clauses tied to international law: arbitration seats, governing law, sanctions/force majeure, sovereign immunity, and enforcement jurisdictions. Users upload or draft clauses, then organize them into a searchable clause library with jurisdiction tags, fallback options, and “risk notes” tied to internal playbooks. An AI assistant can flag inconsistencies (e.g., governing law vs. arbitration seat conflicts), suggest alternative clause language from your approved templates, and generate a one-page “enforcement readiness” summary for a given deal. This is not a magic legal oracle: it’s a workflow tool that reduces review time and prevents repeat mistakes across teams. The product lives or dies on high-quality templates, strong permissioning, and audit trails—because lawyers won’t trust a black box.
