ClauseCheck is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for safety/compliance teams who drown in vendor paperwork. It centralizes contractor and supplier compliance evidence—insurance COIs, safety plans, certifications, training records—and maps them to your internal requirements and common frameworks (ISO 45001, OSHA programs, client-specific clauses). The AI layer extracts key dates, limits, and obligations from PDFs, flags missing or expired items, and generates an audit-ready “evidence pack” per site, project, or vendor. Workflows are simple: request docs, auto-remind, review, approve, and lock versions. The product is intentionally narrow: vendor/contractor compliance for safety and prevention, not a full EHS suite. Expect heavy integration needs and slow sales cycles; the value is real only if it reduces back-and-forth, missed expirations, and audit scramble time.
