Upload a PDF, paste text, or forward an email offer, and the app highlights non-compete/non-solicit language, IP assignment scope, arbitration and venue, clawbacks, bonus conditions, relocation repayment, equity vesting triggers, termination terms, and confidentiality pitfalls. It then generates a plain-English summary, a risk score by clause type, and a prioritized list of negotiation questions you can send to HR or the hiring manager. It also provides region-aware notes (e.g., state-level enforceability caveats) with clear “ask a lawyer” flags when appropriate.
