ClauseClock
ClauseClock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that reviews employment documents—offer letters, contractor agreements, handbooks, severance, and arbitration/NDAs—and flags high-risk or likely-unenforceable clauses by jurisdiction. Users upload a PDF/DOCX, select state/country, and get a plain-English risk report with citations, suggested alternative language, and a checklist of follow-up questions to ask counsel. It also tracks version history and creates an audit trail showing when policies changed and who approved them. This is not a replacement for lawyers; it’s a triage and standardization tool that reduces obvious mistakes, speeds up reviews, and helps small teams avoid copying bad templates from the internet. The AI component focuses on clause classification, jurisdiction mapping, and change comparison, while keeping outputs conservative and citation-first.
