Users upload their lease, answer a few clarifying questions, and get a calendar with reminders, a plain-English summary of the most expensive terms, and a “what happens if…” simulator (e.g., breaking lease early, adding a roommate, late rent). It also stores photos, condition checklists, and communication notes tied to key dates so users can prove compliance. This isn’t a lawyer replacement; it’s a practical organizer that reduces costly mistakes caused by confusing lease language and missed deadlines.
