ClauseCraft

ClauseCraft is an AI-assisted web app that rewrites everyday business writing into clear, low-risk language—without pretending to be a lawyer. You paste a paragraph (emails, proposals, policies, SOWs), choose a goal (clarity, firmness, diplomacy, or risk reduction), and it outputs a tightened version plus a “what changed and why” breakdown. It flags vague terms (e.g., “ASAP,” “reasonable,” “best efforts”), missing specifics (dates, owners, acceptance criteria), and potential ambiguity that causes disputes. It also generates a short “questions to confirm” list to force alignment before you hit send. The product is positioned for non-legal operators who constantly write quasi-contractual text but can’t afford legal review on every message. It includes a lightweight clause library for common situations (deliverables, timelines, payment terms, change requests) with plain-language explanations and adjustable strictness.
