ClauseCraft is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for sports organizations to create, negotiate, and track licensing and media-rights agreements using structured “clause blocks” instead of messy Word docs and email threads. Users build contracts from approved templates, attach rights inventories (territory, term, platforms, categories, exclusivity), and generate a clear obligations calendar (deliverables, approvals, renewals, audit windows). It includes AI-assisted clause comparison to flag risky deviations from your playbook, missing definitions, conflicting exclusivity, and renewal traps—but it does not pretend to replace legal counsel. The product’s core value is operational: a single source of truth for what was sold, to whom, where, and when, plus reminders that prevent accidental breaches. Export to PDF/Docx for counterparties, and keep internal structured data for reporting and renewals.
