ClauseCraft

ClauseCraft is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps freelancers generate, customize, and manage plain-English contracts and SOWs that match how they actually work. Instead of generic templates, users answer a short project interview (scope, milestones, revisions, IP, payment terms, kill fee, late fees, jurisdiction), and the app assembles a clean contract plus a matching statement of work. It also tracks signature status, stores client-specific clause preferences, and flags risky gaps (e.g., missing acceptance criteria, unlimited revisions, vague deliverables). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests clauses and wording, but users must approve every change and can lock “house rules” to avoid accidental legal drift. It’s not a law firm and won’t pretend to be—just a practical drafting and consistency tool for repeatable freelance deals.
