Users paste a draft policy or outline, then the app structures it into standardized components: definitions, obligations, exceptions, enforcement, metrics, and implementation steps. It flags common failure points—undefined terms, conflicting mandates, unfunded requirements, missing enforcement authority, and ambiguous timelines—then suggests clause-level fixes and alternative wording. A built-in “implementation checklist” converts the policy into operational tasks for agencies, including data needs and reporting cadence. It also generates a plain-language summary for public consultation and a redline view for reviewers.
