ClauseGuard is a web app with AI-assisted review that helps government procurement teams and vendors spot risky, noncompliant, or internally inconsistent language in solicitations and draft contracts before release or submission. Users upload a draft RFP/IFB/IDIQ, amendments, and attachments; the app extracts requirements, identifies conflicting dates/volumes, flags missing FAR/DFARS/state clauses, and highlights ambiguous evaluation criteria that commonly trigger Q&A churn or bid protests. It generates a plain-English risk report with citations to the exact sections, plus a checklist of fixes and suggested redlines. It also maintains an agency- or company-specific playbook (approved clause library, thresholds, templates) so reviews become faster and more consistent over time. This is not a full procurement suite; it’s a focused “preflight check” to reduce avoidable errors and rework.
