ClauseHedge is a web + desktop app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small funds, corporates, and sophisticated individuals sanity-check OTC derivative documents and term sheets (ISDA schedules, CSAs, confirmations). It’s an AI-assisted “red flag” reader that extracts key economics (notional, reset rules, day count, compounding, barriers), operational triggers (early termination, break clauses, fallback rates), and collateral terms (thresholds, MTA, haircuts). It then produces a plain-English summary, a checklist of missing fields, and a risk heatmap highlighting clauses that commonly cause disputes or unexpected P&L. Users can compare two versions of a document to see what changed and generate questions to send back to counterparties or counsel. This is not a replacement for legal advice; it’s a faster first pass that reduces costly surprises and review time.
