ClauseMeter is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns sponsorship contracts and SOWs into a living compliance checklist. Upload PDFs, emails, and addendums; the app extracts deliverables (posts, appearances, signage, hospitality, category exclusivity, approvals, make-goods, deadlines) and assigns owners, due dates, and proof requirements. It tracks status across teams (marketing, social, events, legal) and creates an audit trail sponsors actually accept: time-stamped evidence links, approval history, and a clean “fulfillment pack” export. It also flags common revenue-leak clauses like vague impression guarantees, hidden approval windows, and conflicting addendums. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI handles extraction and risk flagging, while workflows and reporting stay deterministic. The goal is simple: fewer make-goods, faster renewals, and less chaos when staff turns over mid-season.
