ClauseMeter

ClauseMeter is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for revenue assurance teams that flags billing and entitlement risk created by contract terms that never make it into billing systems. It ingests executed contracts, order forms, and amendments, extracts charge/discount/renewal/usage clauses, and maps them to product catalog SKUs, pricing rules, and invoicing logic. The app then runs a “contract-to-cash gap check” to surface likely leakage: missing uplift on renewals, expired discounts still applied, usage tiers billed incorrectly, unbilled one-time fees, and misaligned effective dates. It produces an audit-ready trail with clause citations, confidence scores, and recommended fixes, plus a workflow to assign issues to Deal Desk, Billing Ops, or RevOps. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for clause extraction and matching, deterministic rules for validation and reporting.
