ClausePilot is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps consultants and boutique firms prevent scope creep by turning proposals and SOWs into enforceable, trackable “scope rules.” Upload a draft SOW, then the AI highlights ambiguous language, missing assumptions, weak change-order terms, and deliverables that are impossible to verify. It generates a tighter clause set and a simple scope tracker: what’s in/out, acceptance criteria, client dependencies, and change triggers. During delivery, users log client requests; the app maps each request to the SOW and suggests one of three responses: accept (in-scope), defer (needs client input), or change order (out-of-scope), with a ready-to-send email plus a pricing/effort template. This is not a legal replacement; it’s a practical risk-reduction tool for real projects where time and margin get destroyed by vague documents.
