ClausePilot

ClausePilot is an AI assistant that reads contracts and policies (leases, vendor MSAs, SaaS terms, employment offers) and returns a plain-English risk brief in minutes. Users upload a PDF or paste text; the app highlights unusual clauses, missing protections, and “gotchas” like auto-renewals, indemnity scope, liability caps, data-use rights, termination triggers, and jurisdiction. It produces a one-page summary, a red-flag list ranked by severity, and suggested negotiation edits with alternative language. It also keeps a private clause library so users can compare new documents against their preferred positions and past agreements. This is not a law firm replacement: it’s a fast, practical second set of eyes for non-lawyers and lean teams who can’t afford to send every document to counsel. Works as a web app with a companion mobile viewer for quick review and approvals.
