Users upload a PDF or paste terms, then the app highlights risky clauses (exclusivity scope, usage rights, whitelisting, perpetual licenses, morality clauses, payment timing, kill fees, deliverable changes, indemnity, and jurisdiction). It generates a plain-English summary, a “red/yellow/green” risk score, and a negotiation checklist with suggested counter-language. It also tracks deal versions, key dates, and required deliverables in a lightweight dashboard so creators don’t miss posting windows or invoicing milestones. This is an AI-assisted workflow, not a replacement for a lawyer: the app repeatedly warns users when to consult counsel (e.g., perpetual usage, broad indemnity, or uncapped liability). The realistic value is speed, consistency, and reducing obvious mistakes—especially for creators doing multiple deals per month without representation. Monetization: creator subscription tiers plus per-contract credits, with a manager/team plan and optional attorney marketplace referrals (lead-gen, not legal advice).
