ClausePilot

ClausePilot is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that gives small teams a lightweight contract intake and clause library without the bloat of full CLM suites. Users upload a vendor/customer contract or paste text, then the app highlights risky clauses (auto-renewal, liability caps, data processing, jurisdiction, payment terms) and compares them to your approved fallback language. It generates a redline-ready “suggested edits” doc and a one-page summary for non-lawyers, while keeping an audit trail of who approved what. This is not a replacement for counsel; it’s a triage and standardization tool that prevents expensive mistakes and reduces back-and-forth. The MVP focuses on repeatable patterns: common SaaS agreements, MSAs, and DPAs. Pricing is per workspace with usage-based document processing so small businesses can start cheap and scale.
