ClausePilot

ClausePilot is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that standardizes how teams create, review, and approve contract language. It provides a lightweight clause library, playbooks by contract type, and a guided “redline checklist” so sales, procurement, and legal stop reinventing terms in Google Docs. The AI layer suggests compliant clauses, flags risky deviations from your approved language, and summarizes what changed between versions—without pretending to replace counsel. It integrates with common tools (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, DocuSign) and keeps an audit trail for approvals. The realistic goal is to cut cycle time and reduce “oops” clauses, not magically automate negotiations. Pricing targets SMB and mid-market teams that can’t justify full CLM suites but still bleed time on contract back-and-forth.
