ClausePilot

ClausePilot is a web app (with Outlook/Gmail add-ins) that automates the most painful part of document automation: getting the right clause into the right document with the right approvals. Users forward an email thread or paste a request (e.g., “customer wants 30-day termination and SOC2 language”). The app suggests pre-approved clause options from your clause library, highlights risk level, and generates a redlined Word/PDF-ready snippet with tracked changes. It routes the clause choice through lightweight approval rules (legal, finance, security) and logs the final decision for audit. It’s not a full contract lifecycle platform; it’s a focused “clause decision engine” that plugs into existing templates and tools. Setup includes importing existing playbooks, mapping clause tags, and defining fallback language when a request is out-of-policy.
