ClausePilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps independent consultants stay independent by preventing scope creep and payment delays. You create a project “baseline” from your proposal/SOW, then log incoming client requests as “changes” with a one-click impact estimate (time, fee, timeline). The app generates a clean, client-friendly change order, routes it for e-signature, and tracks whether work is approved, in-progress, or blocked. It also keeps a lightweight decision log so “you said this” arguments die quickly. This isn’t a full contract lifecycle platform; it’s a narrow tool built for solo operators who need leverage without hiring ops staff. It integrates with Stripe for deposits/milestones and pushes approved changes into your task tool (Notion/Jira/Trello) so execution stays simple.
