ClausePilot
ClausePilot is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) for no-code document automation focused on one thing: turning a company’s approved clauses into consistent, audit-ready contracts without lawyers rewriting the same text. Admins upload existing templates and a clause library, then define simple rules (if/then, jurisdiction, deal size, customer type) to assemble documents. Users answer a short intake form, and the app generates a Word/PDF plus a redline-ready version with an audit trail showing which clauses were chosen and why. It includes approval workflows (Legal/Finance), versioning, and a “fallback” mode when rules conflict. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules drive reliability; AI is used only to classify incoming requests, suggest missing fields, and map legacy templates into structured clauses. The goal is fewer contract errors, faster turnaround, and less legal bottleneck.
