ClausePilot is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns vendor contracts into a fast, trackable procurement workflow. Upload an MSA/SOW, and the app auto-extracts key terms (payment, termination, auto-renewal, data processing, liability caps), flags deviations from your standard playbook, and generates a redline-ready “procurement summary” for legal, finance, and security. It routes approvals with clear owners, deadlines, and audit trails, and keeps a searchable repository of negotiated clauses by vendor and category. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflow, permissions, and reporting; AI for extraction, clause classification, and suggested fallback language. It’s not trying to replace lawyers—just to eliminate the repetitive triage that stalls deals and burns procurement time.
