ClausePilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps sports agencies and reps review, compare, and negotiate athlete contracts and endorsement deals with far fewer mistakes. It ingests PDFs/Word docs, extracts key terms (comp, term, options, termination, morality, exclusivity, IP, audit, dispute venue), and flags missing or risky clauses using an agency-defined playbook. Users can compare two versions of a contract, generate a negotiation checklist, and produce a clean summary for athletes who don’t want legalese. It’s not a replacement for attorneys; it’s a workflow tool that reduces back-and-forth, prevents “forgotten clause” errors, and standardizes how junior agents and ops staff handle deal documents. The app includes a clause library, approval routing, and an audit trail so agencies can prove who reviewed what and when.
