ClausePilot

ClausePilot is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that helps small teams review everyday contracts—NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements—by spotting risky clauses, missing terms, and unusual deviations from your preferred language. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: you upload a document, the app extracts clauses, compares them to your company’s playbook, and produces a prioritized issue list with suggested fallback language. It also generates a clean redline in Word format and a short “what changed and why” summary for stakeholders. This is not a replacement for legal counsel; it’s a workflow accelerator for routine agreements where speed matters and budgets are tight. Admins can maintain a clause library and approval rules so the AI stays aligned with company policy. The goal is fewer outside counsel hours, fewer missed risks, and faster deal cycles.
