ClausePulse is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that scores contract and policy documents for operational, legal, and financial risk—fast enough for procurement and sales cycles. Users upload PDFs or sync from Google Drive/SharePoint, then the app extracts key clauses (indemnity, limitation of liability, termination, data processing, payment terms) and flags deviations from your approved playbook. It generates a simple risk score, highlights “non-standard” language, and suggests fallback clause options your legal team pre-approves. It also produces a one-page risk summary for stakeholders and keeps an audit trail of who accepted which risks and why. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles extraction and clause classification; deterministic rules enforce your internal standards. Realistically, it won’t replace lawyers—its value is speed, consistency, and fewer missed red flags.
