ClausePulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that continuously checks global payroll operations against country-specific compliance requirements and your own vendor contracts/SOPs. Instead of pretending it can “know every law,” it focuses on what companies can actually control: required documents, approval trails, cut-off calendars, statutory filing evidence, and exception handling. You connect payroll providers (ADP, Deel, Papaya, local bureaus) via API/SFTP/email ingestion, then ClausePulse builds a unified evidence vault and a risk dashboard by country, entity, and pay cycle. It flags missing filings, late submissions, off-cycle payments, unusual net-to-gross swings, and contract breaches (e.g., SLA misses, missing tax receipts). It produces audit-ready packs and a weekly “risk memo” for Finance and Compliance, with clear ownership and due dates. It’s an AI+traditional app: AI helps classify documents and summarize exceptions, but rules and checklists drive decisions.
