ClauseQuote is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that flags pricing and discount risk before a deal is approved. It connects to your CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and pulls the draft order form/MSA from your CLM or shared drive. The system extracts key commercial clauses (price holds, renewal caps, MFN, termination rights, usage overages, implementation fees) and compares them against your pricing policy and historical outcomes. It then produces a “deal risk brief” for finance and sales leadership: expected margin impact, likely concessions, and suggested counter-language. This is an AI app plus traditional workflow tooling: AI for clause extraction and risk scoring, traditional for approvals, audit trails, and policy rules. It’s realistic because it doesn’t try to replace legal—just surfaces the expensive issues early, when sales can still fix them.
