ClauseRadar

ClauseRadar is a web app (with optional desktop sync agent) for searching across messy contract repositories: shared drives, email attachments, and CLM exports. Instead of generic keyword search, it indexes contracts by clause structure (termination, indemnity, liability caps, renewal, governing law) and lets users filter by extracted fields like notice period, auto-renew terms, jurisdiction, and counterparty. Results show the matched clause with surrounding context, a confidence score, and a link to the source file. It supports version-aware indexing so users can see how a clause changed across redlines and amendments. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for secure ingestion, permissions, and indexing; AI for clause segmentation, field extraction, and semantic matching. It’s realistic for small legal ops teams that can’t afford enterprise CLM add-ons but still need reliable retrieval and auditability.
