ClauseRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that reviews corporate contracts for governance and liability landmines: change-of-control triggers, assignment restrictions, indemnities, limitation of liability carve-outs, non-competes, IP ownership, and board/consent requirements. Users upload a contract or paste text; the app extracts key clauses, flags unusual deviations from your company’s playbook, and produces a short “what to negotiate” memo with suggested fallback language. It also tracks obligations (notice periods, renewal windows, audit rights) and pushes reminders so legal doesn’t get blamed after the fact. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for clause extraction and risk scoring, traditional workflows for approvals, versioning, and audit trails. It’s not a full CLM replacement; it’s a focused pre-sign risk triage tool that can sit beside Google Drive/SharePoint and existing e-sign tools.
