ClauseRadar is a web app (with optional Microsoft Word add-in) that flags legal-risk clauses in everyday business contracts—MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs—before they get signed. Users upload a document or paste text, select a playbook (your company’s approved positions), and get a risk heatmap with plain-English explanations, suggested fallback language, and a “what to ask the other side” checklist. It also tracks deviations from your standard terms, highlights missing clauses (limitation of liability, indemnity, data processing, governing law), and produces a one-page risk summary for leadership. This is an AI + traditional rules combo: AI handles clause detection and paraphrases; deterministic rules enforce your policy and reduce hallucinations. It’s not a replacement for counsel—it's a triage tool that reduces review time and prevents obvious mistakes in high-volume contracting.
