ClauseRadar is a web app with an AI-assisted contract intake and compliance risk triage for small and mid-sized businesses that don’t have dedicated legal ops. Users upload a contract (NDA, MSA, SaaS, DPA), pick a playbook (your standards for liability caps, indemnity, data processing, governing law, renewal, SLAs), and get a red/yellow/green risk map with suggested fallback language. It creates an audit trail: who reviewed, what changed, and why, plus a simple approval workflow (Sales → Legal → Finance). It also flags missing compliance artifacts (SOC 2, DPA, subprocessors list) and generates a one-page “deal risk summary” for exec sign-off. This is not a full CLM replacement; it’s a lightweight front-end triage layer that plugs into Google Drive/Dropbox and Slack, focused on speed, consistency, and reducing “surprise” legal exposure.
