ClauseRadar is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that scans contracts and flags risk-heavy clauses: indemnity, limitation of liability, auto-renewal, data processing, audit rights, termination, and non-standard payment terms. Users upload a PDF/DOCX or pull from Google Drive/SharePoint, choose a playbook (e.g., SaaS vendor, customer MSA, procurement), and get a risk score with highlighted passages and plain-English explanations. It generates a negotiation checklist and suggested fallback language aligned to your policy thresholds. It also tracks clause deviations over time so finance, legal, and security can see where risk is accumulating across vendors or customers. This is an AI-assisted app, but it stays practical: it doesn’t pretend to replace lawyers—it accelerates first-pass review, standardizes triage, and reduces missed red flags in high-volume contracting.
