ClauseRadar is a web app (with optional Microsoft Word add-in) that flags contract risk and compliance gaps in vendor, customer, and SaaS agreements. Users upload a draft or redline, pick a playbook (e.g., GDPR DPA, SOC2 vendor terms, liability caps, auto-renew, governing law), and get a risk score with clause-by-clause findings. It highlights missing terms, non-standard language, and deviations from your approved fallback positions, then generates suggested edits and negotiation notes. It also tracks obligations post-signature (renewal dates, notice windows, audit rights, security requirements) to reduce “signed-and-forgotten” risk. This is an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates clause detection and suggestions, while deterministic rules enforce your specific policies. It’s not a full CLM replacement; it’s a lightweight risk layer that can plug into existing workflows.
