ClauseRadar is a web + mobile AI-assisted employment contract checker for employees and job candidates. Users upload an offer letter, employment agreement, NDA, non-compete, or arbitration agreement; the app flags risky or potentially unenforceable clauses (e.g., non-compete scope, wage deductions, IP assignment overreach, mandatory arbitration, overtime misclassification language) and explains why they matter in plain English. It generates a short “questions to ask HR” list and suggested redlines that a user can copy into an email. It also includes a jurisdiction selector and a confidence meter with citations to primary sources or reputable summaries, plus a clear disclaimer that it’s not a lawyer. The product is positioned as a pre-lawyer triage tool: help users decide whether to negotiate, accept, or pay for a real attorney review. Monetization: freemium scan, paid detailed report, and optional attorney marketplace referral.
